The Republic of Ghana is situated in the southwest of Africa, neighboring Gulf of Guinea to its south, it has population of 30 million, and the capital city is Accra. With the repeated investigation and argumentation by the relevant authority of Ghana, Jianyan contracted to build a sewage treatment project in Accra in 2012. It is a key construction project of Ghana Government with capacity of daily treating 18,000 tons of urban wastewater, which will greatly improve the capital environment after its completion, and create a good living environment for the local people. Currently, this Project is smoothly progressing and has received high attention from the Ghana Government, Parliament and local people, which has a great impact on the local and surrounding countries. The completion of this project will expand our influence in Africa, and play a positive role for the local economic and social sustainable development. During construction of the project, we also actively participated in local public welfare activities to promote and popularize environmental protection awareness among the local people, and built a deep friendship with them.
